Can I use Inbuilt Laptop camera for my Mainline certification or external webcam is needed?

Due to the Covid situation I have booked and online exam this time for an mainline certification need guidance.

It was mentioned that external webcam is needed, I was thinking of using the camera in my laptop. will this be an issue? should I buy a webcam specifically for this?

Also would love to hear some experiences if anyone has appeared for the online exam during this pandemic.

You can reschedule by clicking on the 'details' of your planned exam and then select 'Reschedule'.

Try and change the type that way as well. If you are not able to do it that way you can email ServiceNow indeed: training@servicenow.com

No, you need an external webcam.

As for my experience. In the Netherlands we have special test centers open to take it, they have taken precautions so it is safer to take the exam.

I also have done a virtual one and there is no issue. They want to hear you via microphone, see you on the webcam and see the room that you are in. If they want anything else, there is a chat window and they will chat with you.

I have one more question about rescheduling that i am not able to find, Can i change the type of exam while rescheduling? I had selected online first, but now I was thinking to change it to onsite as exam centers are open now. I tried searching for the option while rescheduling but was unable to do so, should i write to servicenow?
