Moving certifications from one email address account to another

Hello,
I have to change/move my ServiceNow certification(s) from my current email address to another.
I think I have to create a new account with the new address and then move my certifications there.
Anyone knows how can I do this?

I followed below steps to transfer one address to another
I) go to Web assessor and change your email address ( this is editable filed, do not worry about loginid)
ii) Go to Partner Portal and re-map certification to your new email address

Hello Simran,
Click on "Edit profile" and update email address field in webassessor.Email address is editable field.
