Due to the Covid situation I have booked and online exam this time for an mainline certification need guidance.
It was mentioned that external webcam is needed, I was thinking of using the camera in my laptop. will this be an issue? should I buy a webcam specifically for this?
Also would love to hear some experiences if anyone has appeared for the online exam during this pandemic.

You can reschedule by clicking on the 'details' of your planned exam and then select 'Reschedule'.
Try and change the type that way as well. If you are not able to do it that way you can email ServiceNow indeed: training@servicenow.com

Yes, I do not expect any issues on that. Especially during this pandemic, they will try and help you the best they can.
For what date is the exam planned? If there is enough time before the exam, I am sure they can help you change the assessment type.

Yes, Its 15 days till my exam, I just received an automated response with faqs it had the ans
I'll still wait for their response before canceling the exam, if my code doesn't work for the second time that'll be a problem then.
