Can't able to login into webassessor even after creating account in it

I've received a voucher to take CSA exam. I created account on webassessor but can't able to login. Received password reset link to my mail but that link is not working instead it says " The provided token was not found". Now how should i schedule my exam Please help me with this.TIA
