Can't Install "Major Security Incident Management" on PDI – Dependencies Redirect to Store

I'm trying to install the "Major Security Incident Management" app on my PDI, but it's asking me to install dependencies (sn_msteams_ahv2 and sn_sp_spoke) first. When I click to install, it redirects me to the ServiceNow Store and asks me to buy them.
Aren’t these supposed to be free for PDIs?
Any idea how to proceed?

Agreed. There are many plugins that depend on Store apps, and since Store apps aren't available in PDIs, we can’t install those plugins either.

Not all Plugins/App are free. Few are free and few are paid so no one can help you in that.

Not all plugins are available free for PDI, so nothing can be done for same.
Alternative you can check in your organization with demo instance and get plugin installed with proper permission from COE team and you can learn or carry out your POC.
