Servicenow university instance data is not matching the exercise

I have no idea if this is the correct forum. I am working on the "Get Started with Platform Analytics Workspace" course. The data in the instance is not matching the instructions in the exercise. In this case the exercise is directing me to 

8. Type Number of open incidents in the "What do you want to see?" box and press Ask.

9. Select a point on the line chart representing the most recent month. Select the Show Records button.

 

But the result returned from that question has no data. I keep finding small problem like this but I cannot figure out how to figure out where to get help.

@JeannetteT Did you tried to refersh or relogin to site once and check? 

 

Idly the content should match.

If you were able to see the results on the previous steps 4-7 then ideally you should be seeing results here as well. I would try to verify again by refreshing or restarting the instance. If it still gives same issue I would suggest killing the instance and request new instance again as some times there could be data initialization errors some times.
