I assume its only temporary or by mistake (I see the same here, checked). Though if you can't wait, just raise a personal case on Now Learning.

It also doesn't have anything to do with the upcoming blackout window, that's starting July.

So again... just stay calm and wait a bit since this looks like temporary or by mistake. Else just create a personal case on Now Learning. It has nothing to do with the remark Atul posted, I'm literally seeing the same as you.

The issue has been solved now. I can see exams again.

Probably it was just a mistake at Webassessor/ServiceNow end, just like I mentioned in my first reply.
