Webassessor credential issue

Hello folks,

I have couple of certifications completed in previous organization. Now i want to map these certifications to my new id but i dont remember my webassessor user id or password. If anyone can assist me on this would be great!

Visit the Webassessor website and look for a support or contact page. There should be information on how to get in touch with their support team. They'll be able to assist you with recovering your account. Follow any instructions provided by the support team to verify your identity and regain access to your account. This might involve answering security questions, providing identification documents, or following a password reset procedure. Once you've regained access to your Webassessor account, you can then proceed to map your certifications to your new ID within the system.

Hi @JayalakshmiK 

You will get option to reset the password. Also 2nd case,

You can log a Now Learning case to move your old certs to new id. It will take 5-7 days to move and then do the webassessor work.
