I have completed my CIS-Data foundation Exam ,but certificate shows pending

Any help please i raised a ticket CS0613040 no response

You need to wait for the case response. In the meantime, try logging in again and check whether the certificate is generated or not.

Sometimes the certification status can take a little time to reflect after completing the exam. Since you have already raised a case (CS0613040), the team should get back to you for sure.

I would recommend waiting for some time and monitoring your email for updates. 🙂

Contanstly follow up with Now support.

In Parallel , please check ,if it is showing in Servicenow University for downlaod.

Log into your ServiceNow University account.
Go to the navigation header and select My Learning. The Learning Dashboard displays.
Navigate to the My Achievements widget and make your selections:
- From the My credentials section, select the relevant tab from the following options:
  - Mainline certifications
  - Micro-certifications
  - Accreditations
- From My badges section, select View all to display all the badges.
  NOTE: Digital badges cannot be downloaded.
Navigate to the relevant certificate and, if applicable, select the 3-dot (ellipses) icon. From the menu, select one of the following options:
- View: Displays the certificate.
  NOTE: For exams completed in Pearson VUE, the certificate number is not displayed. For additional information, see Managing certification visibility on the Certification Verification Portal.
- Download: From the Save As window that opens, select the location and file name, then save the certificate.
