Certification Exam was cancelled because of technical issue | Not able to reschule the exam

I had my ServiceNow Admin Certification Exam on October 31st. I started the exam and completed 52 questions, and then the exam was stopped and later suspended because of a technical issue. I had a discussion with Kryterion Support, and they said they weren't able to reschedule the exam as it was in progress and asked me to contact ServiceNow on certification@servicenow.com. I wrote to this email address three times but didn't get any response.

Two days ago, I got an email from ServiceNow stating that my exam was cancelled. I have created a Case for this issue but haven't got any response yet.

Can anyone guide me on what I should do as I am not seeing any option to reschedule the exam in my webassessor account?

1st point, you did right, to create a case and I assume you need to wait , it take 5-7 days to get a response back and now till 15th Nov it is blackout window, means no exam will be scheduled due to upgrades / updates in exam / courses. Don't loose patience and wait for update.
