First and foremost
On Demand is recording and IL is Live
In Live yes experience matters and you can ask question and clarify the doubts.
But from material wise I don't think so any difference.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

- On Demand Courses: On Demand courses are typically pre-recorded, self-paced courses that learners can access at any time. They are often available online, allowing students to learn at their own pace and on their schedule.
- Instructor-Led Courses: Instructor-Led courses are live, scheduled courses with set start and end dates. They are typically delivered in real-time with a live instructor leading the sessions. Learners need to attend classes at specified times.

Hi @peter_eberle ,
In ServiceNow, On Demand and Instructor Led courses offer different learning experiences:
1. **On Demand Courses:**
- **Self-Paced Learning:** On Demand courses allow learners to progress through the content at their own pace. There are no scheduled class times, and learners can access the course materials and resources whenever it is convenient for them.
- **Flexibility:** Learners have the flexibility to study at any time and from any location with internet access. They can pause, rewind, and review the content as needed.
- **Limited Interaction:** On Demand courses typically have limited interaction with instructors or peers. Learners rely on the provided materials and resources for learning.
2. **Instructor Led Courses:**
- **Scheduled Classes:** Instructor Led courses have scheduled class times and follow a specific timetable. Learners are expected to attend the classes at the designated times.
- **Live Interaction:** These courses involve live interactions with instructors and sometimes with other learners. Learners can ask questions, participate in discussions, and receive immediate feedback.
- **Structured Learning:** Instructor Led courses often have a more structured curriculum, with topics presented in a specific order. Instructors guide learners through the learning process, ensuring that key concepts are covered.
**Choosing Between Them:**
- **On Demand:** Choose On Demand courses if you prefer learning at your own pace, have a busy schedule, or need flexibility in your learning routine. On Demand courses are suitable for self-motivated individuals who can manage their time effectively.
- **Instructor Led:** Opt for Instructor Led courses if you prefer a more interactive and guided learning experience. These courses are beneficial if you thrive in a structured classroom environment, value real-time interactions with instructors, and benefit from peer discussions.
Ultimately, the choice between On Demand and Instructor Led courses depends on your learning preferences, schedule, and the level of interaction and guidance you desire during your learning journey in ServiceNow.
Thanks,
Danish
