Certification Migration

Hi,

I recently did CAD certification using my company's/organization's credentials. 'Email id' is my company's/organization's email and OTP for login will also come to company's email. Now, I am switching to different Organization. How can move my certification to my personal account?

Please someone guide me. Thanks in advance😊

Hi @mounika7675 

In this case, log a case to SN via Now Learning. 

and in description mention the reason.

It take 3-5 days to move your account. 

or

Wait for time you join new org.

New org will map your name in partner portal access

and post that you can raise case to migrate your old account to new account.
