I have scheduled CSA exam on 10th July using online option  and used voucher received after completing ServiceNow Fundamental course.

Due to some reason i want to change exam mode from Online to Onsite however i am not seeing any option for that.

i read in certain article that we can cancel and use same voucher again which i am trying to do so but  its asking me to pay 300$  for cancellation which i have to yet figure out why as i have booked it free of cost and i am cancelling it 72 hours prior to scheduled date & time.

i have also open ticket under help in One learning but its been 5 days and there is no update on it.

Can anyone suggest anything which could help me out from this situation.

Hello,

This is what I did when I converted by exam from offline to Online

1) To go below site and click on chat with experts

https://kryterion.force.com/support/s/contactsupport?language=en_US

find_real_file.png

2) Explicitly tell them to convert Online to Offline and ask them to do it by themselves, they will say you cancel and do it but to be on safer side just ask them to cancel and do it for you.

This worked for me so try, Please make sure they do it for you.

Regards

Please hit like and mark my response as correct if that helps

Musab

I have registered  exam using a voucher code. If you want to change online to onsite , log into your Webassessor account and cancel the current exam registration, the voucher you used to register will immediately be available for use in scheduling a new assessment. Please note that if the center, date, or launch time you wish to choose is not listed when scheduling your exam, this means that the time isn't available and the exam will need to be registered to a different time. A center will only be applicable toward an onsite exam.

In addition, you will not be able to cancel or reschedule your registration without a fee if you are:
A. Within 24 hours of an online proctored registration's launch time.
B. Within 72 hours of an onsite proctored registration's launch time
