Sync Webassessor Certs to Nowlearning Portal Profile

There is a sync function in now-creator to sync all of the certs, training etc. into the profile, which I did and now the profile shows everything I have.

But in nowlearning nothing appears, even though I entered my email in "Webassessor Email Address". How is syncing done in https://nowlearning.service-now.com/ as my certs don't appear on that profile even though the login is the same? W/o my cert appearing on nowlearning I am not able to register for the NY Delta Exam.

I have the same issue, my web assessor is not linked to the now learning portal. So, I'm not able to register for NY Delta exams as there is no sync between these two.

I have sent an email to certification@servicenow.com and awaiting for their response.

You should receive an email to the address you had registered with Webassessor that will require you to confirm that the address is correct. Once you click on the link and log back into Now Learning your certification will show up under certifications and you can take the Delta exam.

No problem. You may want to check your spam folder as it should arrive pretty quick. It should look like the attached and be from “Now Learning Team” , nowlearning@service-now.com.
