CIS-APM Voucher not updated in My vouchers section on NowLearning portal

Hi 

I have completed the APM-Implementer path on the now learning portal with all the mandatory certifications and path shown as complete. But have not received the voucher for the CIS-APM exam.

Can anyone please help me with this issue?

Hi @Community Alums 

If you have achieved the badge "Eligibility for CIS - APM Voucher" and there's no voucher in My Profile > My Vouchers

You can raise a case to NOW Learning Team, so they can assist to solve this out.

Hi @Community Alums ,

 

if you haven’t received any mail with a voucher code and it isn’t available through NowLearning, the only solution is to raise a case to ServiceNow through NowLearning.

Greetings!!

This is 2nd case which i saw on community where candidate competed all required stuff but did not get voucher. The best and possible solution log a case to SN via Now Leaning and wait for update. it take 3-4 days to reply back.

Are you sure about that 🙂
In my experience, sometimes it takes a few hours, sometimes more than a month.
