For taking CIS CSM main line exam, ServiceNow 2 days training is mandatory?  I cannot register for an exam from webassessor? Or it won't let me do it?

Hi,

You would need to complete the Customer Service Management Essentials course. Upon completion, you'll receive a voucher. That is an virtual instructor course.

There's also the On Demand version here.

You're not able to initially register for a ServiceNow Certification Exam via Webassessor without the voucher.
