Conflicting answers to a question.

What are two key aspects of LDAP authentication : I strongly choose  Authentication & Authorization. I've seen some say Data Population..

Niklas Peterson is right. 2 key aspects of LDAP is user authentication and Authorization (access control). Data population is about inserting and managing entries in LDAP directory so user can properly be authenticated and given authorization.
