Software Model Edition/Version condition Out of the box choices

All,

We are using  SAM Pro and are confused by a difference between Out Of the Box installation (OOTB) and the Support documentation. I hope some of you will have some knowledge on it.

In Software model fields (servicenow.com) ServiceNow provides 3 standard choices for selection in both the "Edition Condition" and "Version Condition" of the Software Model (cmdb_software_product_model). See the screenshot in "Documentation Version_Edition.jpg"  or above link.

However in the OOTB installation of ServiceNow we do see a 4th choice --> "Is Empty".

I would like to know if the choice "is empty" is OOTB and that the documentation is incorrect or that there is an not-OOTB choice added to the OOTB-installation.
