Course Cannot Be Accessed

Requesting assistance regarding the issue that I encountered, I'm trying to finish the Expert path as a ServiceNow Administrator, but when I tried to open Flow Designer: Error Handling course under Expert Path it is blank, I tried to clear the cache, restart my browser, and restart my system but still I encountered same error. Please help me fix this one or can you recommend any workaround so that I can finish this course? Please see Images (1. Expert Path Course Name and 2. When Opening The Course)

Also, I tried to search the same course name Flow Designer: Error Handling. I found 1 course and finished it. Not sure if it's the same course or not because when I tried to access the Expert Path again it did not update the status to "Completed". Please advise. Please see image (3. Same Name Course)

Hi @ervinpaul ,

 

I would recommend you to create a case through Nowlearning for the ServiceNow learning team to look into this issue, as i'm getting the same issue as you:

To create a case through NowLearning, go to help center and create a case.

Hi @ervinpaul 

 

Try in other browser if possible, i had similar issue during another micro which work in edge but not in chorme. If did not work , log a now learning case.
