Course not showing completed

Service Portal Fundamentals On Demand:

Knowledge Check: Module 4 and Knowledge Check: Module 6 both the Knowledge check modules showing as not completed and not tick marked as completed. even though I have completed all topics and assignments, videos. and I have also done all the labs. regarding the module
please  help me to resolve the issue.
Below I am attaching the screenshot. Have a look.

Hi @banothprashanth ,

 

If you have tried to complete all videos, texts etc. for the course and it still show as incomplete, the only option is to create a case for the NowLearning team.

When Labs don't complete it's probably because you've missed a step or have complete the step an incorrect user profile (impersonate user).  

I had quite a few non-lab modules remaining incomplete even though I'd listened to the video quite a few times. 

I found a few tricks to get past this problem:

1. navigate off the module, then navigate back. The reactivate the module, when I did this I would find that video would reload somewhere in the middle of the video duration. When I completed the video, I just left it for some time and it eventually placed a green check box next to it. 

2. I had a few modules that just would not move to the complete status even though I had ran them through many times. I just right clicked on the page and selected "refresh" and it run from the beginning (often at double speed) and just left it for a few minus after it had completed. It eventually worked. 

 

I hope this helps, it was very frustrating, but I eventually got there.
