Create a Flow -False error message

I'm a student working on Week 6 Create a Flow and keep getting this false statement error. 

 

I follow the steps below and every time (9) it shows this error.

Can you help? If can't get pass this point I'll be kicked out of the class.

You are putting the else at wrong place

It must be on approval rejected not on if priority. Make a change and try.
