CSA Badge and Certification Link Not Received

Hello,

I passed my ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) exam on April 16, 2025. I received the PDF certificate, but I have not yet received the digital badge or shareable certification link from Credly.

It has now been 5 business days since my exam, and I have already checked my email thoroughly — including my spam/junk/promotions folders — and I have not received any communication from Credly.

Please assist with issuing the digital badge and providing the certification link.

@SundarKumar I recommend you to raise a case with Now Learning support (via https://learning.servicenow.com/) or drop an email to training@servicenow.com.

Based on my experience, everyone who clears the exam typically receives only the digital certificate, not a badge. However, I might be wrong if there have been any recent changes. It’s best to log a Now Learning case — the Team team will guide you further.
