CSA Badge and Certification Link Not Received

Hello,
I passed my ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) exam on April 16, 2025. I received the PDF certificate, but I have not yet received the digital badge or shareable certification link from Credly.
It has now been 5 business days since my exam, and I have already checked my email thoroughly — including my spam/junk/promotions folders — and I have not received any communication from Credly.
Please assist with issuing the digital badge and providing the certification link.

@SundarKumar Have you received the initial mail from admin@credly.com when you have opted in for Credly by Clicking on 'Activate Credly' on you 'ServiceNow University' homepage?
Also, check if the settings are reflected on your ServiceNow University Profile.
If my response proves useful, please indicate by selecting ‘Accept as Solution’ and ‘Helpful’.

Also, check the settings on Credly as well to see if you have enabled Auto Accept on the Organizations tab under Credly Settings. If everything looks good but still have the issue then I would suggest getting a Case created through Help Center tab on Servicenow University.
