CSA Badges

Hi,

I recently passed my CSA exam woo hoo!  Upon completion, I seem to have been issued two different badges.  Does anybody know what the difference is?

did u recieved them in an email ? i  got certified last year and not able to see my badge or none was emailed me

Hi @Ali Bashir 

The way that I've managed to find my certifications is going to the "cup" on the top-right of your learning profile...

Then you should see all of your certifications.

Click the three dots of one of your certifications and select Download.  You should be able to download a PDF of your certificate.

Hi @Tracey Wilmot ,

This is for your Delta Badge for CSA which says you have updated your CSA certification which you will have to do with each Upgrade/Releases serviceNow introduces.

And,

This is your actual CSA badge which you got when you cleared your CSA certification for the first time.
