CSA/CAD certification

Hello,

Its mandatory to complete CSA and CAD certificate , i logged in through my office email id , but i am unable to attempt for an exam , its Shows 500 USD pay and begin.

No, it is not mandatory but it depends on your company if they want you t be certified or not. Now for exam cost, if you are not working with partner company  then you need to pay. But again exam fee ( as free) depend on contract of your company and SN.

$500 is training cost and exam fee is separate.

If you are working with  a company which is ServiceNow Partner + you have partner Portal access then your certifications will be free- it should show you 0 dollars.

Are you working as Customer or Partner with ServiceNow?

If you are a customer, the courses and exams are paid and you have to pay.

If you are a partner, depends on type of partnership, the course might be free.. 

If not to, reach out to your ServiceNow account management and they can assign learning credits to you. using them you can access the courses freely.

(after completing the courses, you can also get learning credits to take the certification exam)
