Linking personal and company account

I started working for a new company that is a customer of ServiceNow and has learning credits.
I have a personal ServiceNow account and I linked my company account with my personal one.
How long does it take to see reflected in the company account the training I have taken in my personal account and vise versa?

I think this document guides you better. Kb says 24 hrs to get updated if you are enrollment accepted by company's admin for partner enrollment

Before moving organization make sure to update your email id in nowlearning and that webessessor to your personal account.
Anyways, if it won't reflect in 24 hrs, you may raise case with ServiceNow on now learning portal.

You can log a Case on Now learning.
Mentioned your both id (old and new)
Make sure you get partner access from new company
It take 3-5 days to move all certs / vouchers etc to new account.

For further clarity, log in to your company account, check for sync status under your profile settings, or reach out to ServiceNow support to verify if the connection is fully established.
If you're managing professional setups like a delaware llc registration, it’s helpful to ensure your company account is updated with the right permissions and access to resources. Check if your administrator has correctly linked your accounts or if there’s an additional approval step required.
