Hello All,

I have taken the mainline exam in January and got certified but 2 days back I have received mail stating that certificate is invalidated, asking me to pay $200 to re-attain certificate also called maintenance fee. Why is it like this?? can anyone help me with this....

Also, I haven't took Delta exam. So, to get my certification back what is the procedure. Thanks in advance.

Hello Aadhi!

As far as I know, on the first year from your certification, Delta exams are free. The maintenance fee is charged after a year (or two versions).

I believe you should've taken Delta exam, and it's now invalidated because of that. You can open a case on Now Learning, asking the reasons that made you lose your certification. But i do not believe they'll give your certification back. You'll have to pay to make the retake.

But only they can confirm the information

Hello!

I talked a lot with ServiceNow, and all of them said the only way to recover the CSA is re-entering the program. But we all have to pay the exam again. And since re-enter is different from retake, the fee is different too. Retakes costs $100, and re-entrance costs $200.
