I would like to know what happens after a solution is trained? Does anyone know the documentation page for this?

The Community is not here to solve your certification questions.
That would be cheating and does not help you to prove your knowledge in an honest way and demonstrate the world you have understood a topic.

why do you think everything is given in the training materials? You always have to go through all available sources in the ServiceNow world - especially the documentation pages.
