Hi @Dinesh_Now,

The amount of time that you have to wait before retaking a mainline exam depends on the number of attempts you've already had - the below text is what I see when looking to retake the CAD exam so should be the same for CSA:

Don't be discouraged if your exam attempt didn’t go as planned. Many candidates pass on a subsequent attempt. You can retake the exam by following the retake policy and waiting periods outlined below. These guidelines help you prepare effectively and confidently move toward a passing result.

Retake Eligibility & Waiting Periods:

  • You must have received an official Did Not Pass result.
  • You may schedule your retake immediately, but your appointment date must follow the waiting periods.
    • There is a 3-day waiting period before the second exam attempt.
    • There is a 30-day waiting period before the third exam attempt.
    • There is a 6-month waiting period before any subsequent attempts.
  • Unlimited attempts are allowed; however, retake rules apply every time.

Fees, Scheduling, and Attempts:

  • Retake fees apply to each attempt. Discounted pricing may be available through associated company benefits.
  • A missed or no-show appointment is an attempt and requires you to follow the retake waiting period stated above.
  • There are no refunds for missed retake appointments.

Before You Retake the Exam:
To increase your chance of success, review the Exam Blueprint found in the ServiceNow University Help Center, use your exam results to guide you to target weaker domains, and revisit recommended training.
