Yes, you can retry the ServiceNow CSA exam if you fail.
If you fail the exam for the first time, you must wait 24 hours (1 day) before retaking it.
If you fail the second time, you must wait 14 days before the next attempt.
If you fail again, you still need to wait 14 days between each attempt.
Also remember:
You must pay the exam fee again for every retake.
