Can we retry for CSA if once failed ??? if yes  after how many days.

what all are tips to clear ?

So sad to hear , that you failed CSA , But no need to worry Next time you will surely clear it ,@CN-L  has already answered regarding Duration between attempts. Seondly for tips

Yes, you can retry the ServiceNow CSA exam if you fail. 

  • If you fail the exam for the first time, you must wait 24 hours (1 day) before retaking it.

  • If you fail the second time, you must wait 14 days before the next attempt.

  • If you fail again, you still need to wait 14 days between each attempt.

   Also remember:

  • You must pay the exam fee again for every retake.
