CSA delta exam option missing

  1. I have merged my gmail to partner account all the progress is moved but CSA certification is not showing on new one , it's showing in webassessor as "at Risk". But I don't get option to write delta on nowlearning can anyone help on what should I do?

Login to nowlearning and map your webassessor email address as below from profile secton.

Hello,

Just check if you have to pay Certification maintenance fee otherwise create Support case from nowlearning portal.

hi @Rush B,

 

Once you move to personal gmail account from partner account the certification will take some time to sync. In the mean time raise a ticket in now learning portal (Raise a case). Try to take follow-up on the case a the service now need to take time. Once sync is done you will be able to give delta exam.

 

Last month i have too taken same step and had given the delta exam.

Also, don't worry on delta exam as you have more than 2 months time.
