Hi
Does anybody know how to transfer partner wccount certificate to personal email?
I tried to reach out and raise a case they provided instructions but it doesnt work.
The update email just redirects me from now learning to account.servicenow and so on.

You need to contact two mails here majorly.
1. Partner portal team "partnernow@servicenow.com" for deleting your account from that.
2. Now learning team "nowlearning@servicenow.com"to change your account details that is changing from company email to personal email. They will give you certain steps to do that.
Post that you can crosscheck your certifications under Personal email by logging on Nowlearning from your personal email.

Hi,
Do you mean you have a certification associated to your partner account and you wish to have it associated to your personal email?
Does that mean the webassessor account you took it under is associated to the partner account? If so, you can simply remove that association and then associate your webassessor to your personal account and the certification will come over by itself.
So you'd login to your NowLearning account and then access your profile:

I think the Partner Account should only be deactivated, not deleted.

In my opinion, changing from Customer to Partner and vice-versa should be simple.
In fact it was/is not.
I had all combinations:
Customer - Partner
Partner - Partner
Partner - Customer
All were much harder than necessary.
I do not understand why this cannot be done on the level of the ServiceNow ID (it is one identity, right?).
