CSA exam - linking Webassessor Account unsuccessful

My Webassessor Account doesn't be linked even 48 hours after creating the account. 

I would like to submit a case, but I don't seem to have access to Now Support, as after SSO login I don't see Now Support, and when I try to log in to Now Support only to fail. 

What can I do in this situation?

@Yuji-F You can raise a case with webassessor support using this URL https://kryterion.my.site.com/support/s/contactsupport?language=en_US

 

You can also raise the same topic with ServiceNow training support by dropping an email to  training@servicenow.com.

Hi @Yuji-F - submit a case through Now Learning, not through Now Support.
