CSA Exam Prep - FOR REAL

I just took the CSA Exam and FAILED.

I took the on Demand training course.  I spent weeks reviewing ALL the material offered in the course & felt pretty comfortable.  I also utilized the free Dev instance to gain experience moving around the platform.  

Imagine my surprise when I took the test, and one Q/A after another was like a foreign language.  There were maybe only a handful of questions which were covered in my training.  What is up w/ that?

The online prep resources give no indication of what is really on the test.  I've seen the flash cards, and sample questions, and none of them relate to the actual exam questions.

So, my question is - where can we REALLY go to find relevant material/study guides which is covered in the exam?

to appear for exam, First ServiceNow recommends to complete the Learn Path.

after the Learn Path Completion, one should get hands on with the Admin Activities.

since Quebec, many new features have been added.

I would suggest:-

Check the Exam Syllabus

Which are Modules are there for exams

Prepare for exam, refer those sample questions but don't be depend on the same questions.

also questions are tricky, so careful while answering question. make use of all 90 Minutes.

Hi there,

Can't really comment on the current CSA exam and On Demand course. My CSA exam is already a while ago and did the onsite intructor led course. The instructor led course and the course book did cover 100% of the exam back then.

Maybe someone else can comment on their experience on the recent CSA exam and the On Demand course.

Does the On Demand course also come with an eBook?
