CSA Exam Voucher cancelled

Hello Everyone, I had scheduled CSA exam a few weeks ago which I was unable to attend. I was unable to reschedule and so my voucher was cancelled. I am trying to purchase another one but I cannot pay for another one on Webassessor website. It keeps telling me I need a voucher. How do i go about it ? I have submitted a case but I am afraid I will loose a date before July 16th as Exams are unavailable between 16th and 22nd.

This is something only ServiceNow can resolve, since you have already raised a Case , you will have to follow-up with them unfortunately 😟

Hi @QalbeK ,
You can't purchase a voucher without having the code after completion. Only solution is to raise a case through ServiceNow University.

You now need to pay $100 for a retake. There’s no way to get the voucher free of cost.
"Vouchers expiring between July 16, 2025 and July 22, 2025 will be extended to August 31, 2025. This extension will not be reflected in your Now Learning account."

and Create case from there. If you will explain your situation, there is chance that somebody will help you there but no guarantee.
Also, check your webassessor profile as that is the place where are you changing the dates, they have also online support which you can reach out to and ask to re-schedule for later date..
