CSA Exam Voucher did not transfer correctly

Hello Community,
For the last 10 months I had an apprenticeship with a company that worked with ServiceNow. The company paid for the CSA Exam voucher, and I was given the ability to take the test. However, I had failed multiple times, though I still have some attempts. Recently, I was laid off, and in the few days before my contract was terminated, I worked to transfer my ServiceNow account to my personal gmail so I did not lose what achievements and awards I earned during my apprenticeship, including my CSA Voucher.
As I attempted to take the CSA again. I saw that there was no vouchers nor achievements anywhere on my NowLearning, which is not good since I do not want to pay another $300 just to take the course and another $300 for testing. Strangely enough, it does show up on my ServiceNow account, so I have proof of eligibility. I am looking through my old emails to see if I saved the voucher code, but if I could contact ServiceNow Support that would be great

For this, better to log a case with Now learning support and the support team is best to answer and guide you on this.

@JamesPChild Since you attended training with the previous partner and gained voucher through their account it might be a reason why the voucher was not transferred to your new account. As suggested by Atul, log a case with Now Learning support team to address this.
