CSA Exam Voucher Expired – Request for Reissue

Hello,
I completed the CSA course last year, but I didn’t claim my exam voucher at the time. Unfortunately, the voucher has now expired before I could use it.

Is there any way to reissue the voucher or allow me to claim a new one so I can register for the CSA exam?

Hi @MagedA 

Once an voucher is expired you need to get a new by doing the training again. As we moved to new vendor now so no vouchers concept any more but to appear for exam, you need to do the training again.

If still any doubt log a now learning case with team.

 the short answer is no. only solution is to retake the whole training.
