My ServiceNow certification voucher expired in September 2023. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I was unable to utilize the voucher within its validity period.
Considering that the voucher has expired and I am committed to pursuing my certification, I kindly request your assistance in either extending the validity of the voucher or allowing me to reuse it without incurring any additional fees. I would greatly appreciate your understanding, as the cost of a new voucher ($300) is significant.
Please let me know if there are any options available for extending or reusing the expired voucher, or if there is a process I can follow to resolve this issue.
Thank you for your time and support. I look forward to your positive response.

Hi @sriaaru01 ,
It is unlikely that ServiceNow will extend the voucher period or provide a new one.
Although, you can raise a case with them to get the correct details:
Follows the steps mentioned in the below KB:
Submitting a support case for assistance

Hi @sriaaru01
Your only option is to open a support case in Now Learning and ask the team if they will consider extending the voucher.
To be honest, it is unlikely you will be successful unless you have a very good reason for not using the voucher within the timeframe. So be sure to put forward your case as strongly as possible.

Hello @sriaaru01
Unfortunately, a voucher once expired cannot be re issued.
If you are a student, have you tried checking NASSCOM initiative where you can get CSA voucher at discounted price. (not sure if it comes at 50% discount or the Voucher is 100$+taxes)
Please mark this Answer as helpful and correct if helped.
Kind regards,
Ravi Chandra

Hi,
As per the document it says expired vouchers cannot be extended.

Explanation
- Vouchers are valid for one year and cannot be extended.
- You must successfully complete the voucher issuing on-demand or simulator course to purchase a voucher. View your cost from the My Voucher tab in Now Learning. There is no free voucher for on-demand or simulator training.
- Vouchers that have expired can no longer be used. Refer to the bullets below for details.
- If training completion was less than 18 months ago, submit a case to the Credential Team from Now Learning and steps will be provided on how to purchase a new voucher at a discount. Refer to Submitting a Support Case for Assistance.
NOTE: If you pay for and complete the full training path again to be eligible to for a new voucher, you must submit a case to Credential Team for the instructions on how to purchase a new voucher at a discount. - If training completion was more than 18 months ago, you must pay for and complete the training again to obtain the voucher.
- The expiration date on your voucher means you must complete your exam by that date. You will not be able to use a voucher beyond its expiration date.
- For comprehensive voucher details and voucher distribution, refer to the Credentialing Program Guide>Exam Admin Policies> Voucher policy.
- If training completion was less than 18 months ago, submit a case to the Credential Team from Now Learning and steps will be provided on how to purchase a new voucher at a discount. Refer to Submitting a Support Case for Assistance.
