CSA Exam Voucher Missing

Hi,
I am Shrabani Muli. I have completed The CSA Certification Course on November 13, 2025. But Still I did not get any free voucher for the CSA exam. And Whenever I went for exam registration, it said for 300 USD. I need a free voucher. Could You solve this problem that Why am not getting the voucher till.

it's a bit complicated, however let me explain. 

For the examination in ServiceNow there was a platform called Webassessor and that was to claim vouchers to schedule your exam. This has been replaced by Pearson VUE on 18th November and this facilitator doesn't issue vouchers anymore, however there was some freeze period between 2nd and 17th November. 

Due to the fact that you passed the course in between, I assume there will be no voucher anymore.

And even if there was voucher, the voucher was free only for instructor-led classes, if you had the class on demand, it was never free. Eligible doesn't mean it's free... so the value 300 USD is correct and don't forget it's without taxes... it seems to be a very common misunderstanding - the voucher was just an invitation, it's not letting you take the exam, you still need to pay for it.

If you are not working with a partner company, you will need to pay the full exam fee of $300 plus taxes. If you are working with a partner company, then the exam may be free of cost, depending on your company’s agreement with SN.

Regarding vouchers: since SN has migrated to the new exam vendor, Pearson VUE, the concept of vouchers is no longer valid. You simply need to pay the fee and book the exam.
