If you have already successfully registered and received a confirmed Pearson VUE appointment for July 31, check the registration expiry date under ServiceNow University > My Exams.
Under the current process, you must complete the exam within 90 days from the date you registered. Therefore, you can take the exam on July 31 only if it is still within that 90-day registration period.
The 90 days is not an additional rescheduling period. It is the final period within which the exam must be completed, and rescheduling does not extend that expiry date.
If July 31 is within the 90-day window and Pearson VUE shows the appointment as confirmed, the booking should remain valid. If July 31 is after the registration expiry date, reschedule it to an earlier date.
Since you mentioned a separate voucher expiry of July 7, please confirm whether it is an older or promotional voucher. Legacy voucher conditions may be different, so it would be safest to verify the appointment and expiry under My Exams or raise a ServiceNow University support case before July 7.
