Hi everyone!
I am stuck on one of the tasks for the SAM Simulator. I've been looking through the documentation, but always end up at the same page called "Software license usage" (link is below in the validation error), also the virtual agent has not been very helpful, as he gave me a broken link.
The task is called "Reconciliation". After it was ran and finished via the Software Asset Workspace, the result for a certain publisher and model is 19 unlicensed subscriptions. Then I have to create a purchase order to remediate this issue.
Here is where the problem starts. I am supposed to do it via the License Workbench, however I do not have it! According to this document Software license usage (servicenow.com) , the workbench should be located under SaaS Overview > Reconciliation. I do not have this overview.
I checked if the instance which was created from the lab view itself has the required plugins - SAM Professional and Procurement (required for the purchase order). I tried installing other plugin for SaaS management, but I am getting error 500, probably due to how the lab instance is set.
When I try to validate, the error I get is "Make sure (from workbench) you have created a purchase order for the 19 systems out of compliance."
Either I have it in my instance, but I have missed it, or I don't and there is no way to finish the simulator...
Here is a screenshot from the documentation page about the license workbench:
And here is what I have:
Any help will be appreciated! Thanks!
