CSA exam webcam requirements

Hi Team,

Today I scheduled Certified ServiceNow System Administrator exam (29-may-2021) .But due to camera video issue.it got rescheduled.While performing room check suddenly webcam screen went blank.for couple of times happened same issue.twice exited from session and connected again.but due to this webcam issue it got screen blank. Please suggest me good webcam requirements to take and complete exam.

My webcam details:

BLUELEX HD WEBCAM  720p  5 mp Lens with microphone,Auto Focus HD 720p web camera video calling Conferencing Recording, PC LAPTOP DESKTOP usb webcams

Please help me to get complete exam .suggest options. I am giving first time at online. No idea of online proctor exam.

Hi Vineela,

 

Updating the comment as I missed to mention that I faced a similar issue for an online exam sometime ago. The issue was one of my browser add-ins. Remove/disable broswer addins. Also disable your antivirus, antimalware, pop up blocker apps before exam. Also I faced problem with screen sharing due to a addin. I dont think issue is with your webcam. Webcam with 720p or better will do.

Hi, Can you please suggest any software related drivers update.checked with support team but they asked to perform system check and all looks good.rescheduled exam.but still.same issue .webcam screen getting blank in middle of room check activity while rotating the webcam.please suggest inputs

Hi Vineela,
