CSA finally DONE felt like a trick exam the whole way through

Honestly, just relieved to be done with the grind. The CSA exam really tested my patience more than I expected. The questions weren’t impossible, but the way they were framed made me second-guess even the basics I thought I had locked in.

The Strategy:
My approach wasn’t perfect at the start. I began with docs and some scattered videos, but it didn’t fully click. What helped was slowing down and focusing on weak areas especially platform features and scenario-based questions. I also spent more time actually exploring things hands-on instead of just reading, which made a big difference.

The Core Resource:
Closer to the exam, I started using Certs Topic. It helped me get a feel for the question style and timing. I didn’t rely on it to memorize anything, but more to understand how the exam thinks and to spot gaps in my prep.

The Video Tip:
One thing that really helped was watching YouTube videos that break down real ServiceNow CSA scenarios step by step. The ones where they explain why each option is right or wrong were gold that’s where things finally started to “click” for me.

The Sign-Off:
If you’re preparing for CSA, don’t rush it focus on understanding how the platform actually works. What parts are you struggling with right now?
