There are no exam dump questions that ServiceNow endorses. You should study from the materials you've taken in the class and also sign up for a personal developer instance, so you can study the labs from the materials. You can also look at the ServiceNow CSA Blueprint to see what areas you should be studying.
For taking the test online they want you to make sure your area is clean and quiet. No papers on the table, no books, etc. You must be the only person in the room. You must have a webcam that detaches from your laptop and they may or may not ask to the see the room where you are taking the exam.

I would not try and use exam dumps to pass the exam.

ServiceNow offers the 'Certification Exam Preparation: Certified System Administrator'-course on NowLearning that will guide you on preparing for the exam:
