CSA Voucher - Cannot Claim with learning credits...

Hi everyone, i have completed the paid on-demand SNAF training and got the voucher in my Profile page, but when i go to claim it and try to pay with learning credits of which i have 300, i cannot see a way to purchase without credit card information, what am i missing here, is there a way after i take the credit card path to deviate and say use learning credits instead?

 

Here is the pay for content page for my voucher.  I REALLY don't want to pay again.  Please help.  Thanks in advance.

I'm not seeing your account associated with any company, nor do I see any learning credits on your account (which are typically only available to accounts associated with a company). Individuals don't have the option to purchase credits, they are usually assigned by a company admin. If you have an email or other confirmation showing that you should have learning credits available to you, then I would recommend opening a case with those details.
