CSA voucher expiring

HI , I want to extend CSA voucher , it is expiring on 16 Feb , can someone guide the process.

Hi there,

Your only was for extending is to try to raise a Now Learning case and hoping they accept your reason (do you have a good reason for this?). You did push it extremely late though. Now Learning cases sometimes do take weeks before being picked up.

Scheduling an exam is too late I guess. You cannot schedule an exam beyond the expire date of a voucher.

The lesson here: don't push it so late. Same with future delta exams when you pass your CSA, don't push it until the last week.

Vouchers are valid for one year and cannot be extended.

As others also have mentioned, vouchers are valid for one year and cannot be extended.

Practically, it is not possible to extend the voucher until unless you have very serious issue. Try to log a case and provide evidences to prove your good reason to extend. The team may take 3-5 days to respond and by the time voucher may get expired.
