CSA Voucher Unlocked But Prompting for Payment

Hello Team,
I’ve completed the ServiceNow Fundamentals On Demand course and CSA Test Prep, and my CSA voucher is showing as unlocked in the Now Learning portal. However, when I try to redeem it on Webassessor, I’m prompted to make a payment.

I’ve confirmed that this email matches my Now Learning profile. Requesting assistance in syncing or reissuing the voucher.

Hi @vijay_krishnaaa,

If you are using partner account then it will be free of cost otherwise you have to pay $300 plus taxes for obtaining voucher.
