Hi Everyone, 

I have found Customer Service Management with Service Management for Implementers micro on ServiceNow docs(https://www.servicenow.com/services/training-and-certification/journey/#/lessons/mZ7BcO-WDdxgiprUvAy...) but not able to find the same on the ServiceNow University (learing.servicenow.com). Can you please help me in find out this course for micro certification.

It doesn't exist. ServiceNow Learning keeps developing, adding new content and removing old ones. So just check what does exist on NowLearning. 

What do you expect from this micro, since your link just shows the credentialing program?

Thanks for you reply I have already accept your solution but one more thing that I want to know is that is there any way I can get the list of all the micro's and Accreditation list that ServiceNow now offered on there ServiceNow University.
