Data Certification- Remove the data populated on the certification task form

Hi,
I want the instructions data that is populated on the certification task form from the instruction field of certification schedule form to appear in the description field of the certification task form.
Any suggestions how to do this would be greatly appreciated.

I tried to find out reason but no luck. As per screen shot it looks okay, may be log a Now Support case so that team can help.
