I was performing "Assessment Simulator Task 3: Create a record and post a comment" in Micro-Certification - Welcome to ServiceNow [Japanese]. Even though I entered the correct values ​​based on the "Incident Details" description, the error "Did You add and post comment?" was displayed and it was not successful.
I checked the previous article. I was advised to move on to the next task 4, but task 4 is locked and I cannot proceed.

Hi @一視石 ,
try and redo the task, this happens sometimes.
if the issue still persist relaunch the lab instance a refresh the now learning page and complete the task again.

Looking at your screenshot, it appears that you have entered the Short description, Description, and Comments both in English and Japanese language.
Have you tried entering them in English language only, as mentioned in the course?
Short description: Intermittent email access
Description: The department is experiencing intermittent email access. Please help!
Post a comment to the incident: The software group is investigating similar incidents and will respond when they have a resolution.
I believe the task checks for the exact words to be there.

I entered a comment in "worknotes" and clicked "POST". Next, I clicked "Save", but unfortunately it was unsuccessful.
I tried to skip "Task3" and move on to "Task4", but the message "Complete Previous Content to Unlock" was displayed and I was unable to proceed.
After this, I will try entering only English and restarting the incident.

Is there any option to refresh the instance, try that.

I limited the input for "Task3" to English, and "Task3" was a success.
I plan to use ServiceNow in a Japanese company, so I don't really want to be unable to input in Japanese, but I want to prioritize deepening my understanding of the product, so I will move on to "Task4".
